Infusion Department

The infusion department at Arkansas Children’s Northwest offers a kid-friendly environment and a dedicated, pediatric-trained team. Built with children’s needs in mind, the infusion center welcomes children with bright colors and activities to keep little minds engaged while in our care.

Children come to our infusion center for a wide range of treatments, including treatment for cancer, gastrointestinal disorders, rheumatology concerns, genetic conditions, and more. Our multi-disciplinary team is here to walk with your family every step of the way.

During your visit to Arkansas Children’s Northwest, your child may be visited by one of our child life specialists, who are trained to help children and their families cope with the stress of being in the hospital. They can help explain the treatment your child will receive and provide helpful coping and distraction techniques to make their care more manageable.

The Kirk & Cynthia Dupps Family Infusion Center

The Kirk & Cynthia Dupps Family Infusion Center is located on the 3rd floor at Arkansas Children’s Northwest. The space includes 10 private infusion rooms and bays, along with a dedicated infusion procedure room. This allows patients to receive additional care close to their infusion room without needing to travel between floors.
