Robert Lowery, M.D. is a Board-Certified Pediatric Ophthalmologist and AAPOS member who practices at ACH and UAMS. He is the Clinical Director of the ACH Eye Clinic. Dr. Lowery served two terms as President of the Arkansas Ophthalmological Society and on the Arkansas Commission on Eye and Vision Care, where he helped establish school vision screening guidelines. He has a particular interest in pediatric cataracts, retinopathy of prematurity, and strabismus.
