Dr. Robert F. Buchmann, D.O. is an Associate Professor of Radiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). He is the Director of Pediatric Musculoskeletal Imaging at Arkansas Children's Hospital (ACH). Dr. Buchmann joined the staff at UAMS/ACH in 2003. He attended medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York, followed by his internship at Long Beach Medical Center in Long Beach, New York. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. After his residency, Dr. Buchmann completed his fellowship in Pediatric Radiology at Boston Children's Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology and also was awarded a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Pediatric Radiology from the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Buchmann specializes in pediatric musculoskeletal and body imaging.
