Matthew C. Bell, MD, is an assistant professor of Allergy and Immunology for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and Arkansas Children's Hospital.

Dr. Bell received his bachelor of science from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia and completed his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Medicine. He completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and Arkansas Children's Hospital. He served as the chief resident for the combined internal medicine/pediatrics program in 2010/11. He completed his fellowship training in Allergy/Im­munology at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison. He joined the faculty at ACH/UAMS in July of 2013.

Dr. Bell is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, the American College of Physicians, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Bell treats both adult and pediatric patients with asthma, seasonal allergies, food allergies, urticaria (hives), and immune system abnormalities.
